Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- I have prepared my manuscript in accordance with the journal’s Author Guidelines.
- I confirm that the submission file is in an acceptable document format (OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or Rich Text Format).
- I confirm that my manuscript has been prepared in accordance with the journal’s manuscript template.
- I confirm that my manuscript complies with the journal’s Publication Ethics and that all required ethical approvals, informed consent, and conflict-of-interest disclosures (where applicable) have been appropriately addressed.
- I confirm that this manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration by another journal. If any part of the work has been published or submitted elsewhere, full details have been disclosed in the Comments to the Editor.

I confirm that the manuscript is original, that all sources are properly cited, and that any third-party copyrighted material (e.g., figures, tables, or extensive quotations) is used with appropriate permission and acknowledgment. I understand that the authors are responsible for copyright compliance and for avoiding plagiarism.

Articles
Manuscripts submitted to the Research Articles section must present original research with a clear contribution to the field of economics. Submissions should be theoretically grounded and/or empirically rigorous and must comply with the journal’s author guidelines and publication ethics. All manuscripts in this section undergo double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers.
