About the Journal

The Transnational Academic Journal of Economics (TACJE) is an international, peer-reviewed open access journal dedicated to the publication of original research articles and high-quality review papers in economics and closely related fields. The journal provides a scholarly forum for rigorous theoretical and empirical research that contributes to the advancement of economic knowledge and informed policy discussion.

TACJE aims to foster critical debate on contemporary economic issues from national, regional, and international perspectives. The journal encourages submissions that examine economic processes, institutions, and outcomes across diverse contexts, including comparative and transnational settings. Particular emphasis is placed on research that demonstrates methodological rigor, analytical clarity, and a clear contribution to the existing literature.

The journal’s primary focus is on economics. Interdisciplinary research linked to business and management studies is considered when it is firmly grounded in economic theory and empirical evidence and contributes meaningfully to economics-related debates.

TACJE welcomes submissions from authors worldwide, including both established scholars and early-career researchers. All manuscripts are evaluated through a peer-review process to ensure academic quality, integrity, and relevance.
